Social housing is property leased to you (the tenant) by a Social Landlord such as the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) or a Housing Association registered with the Department of Social Development (Northern Ireland).

• Sheltered and Warden-supervised dwellings known as “Folds”
