We will not be providing face-to-face advice or training for the foreseeable future. We will contact existing advice clients by phone. Our staff will continue to support our members and can be reached via telephone and email as usual.

We are working hard to move our training, where possible, to digital. For any queries, please contact our training team at [email protected]

The positive health benefits of socializing – keeping in contact with old friends or meeting new ones – cannot be overstated.

POP NIAn active mind, body and social life, if still possible, will help keep the crippling feeling of isolation and exclusion at bay. Older people are vulnerable to social isolation and this can have a detrimental impact on their physical and mental well-being.

POPNI is an online community guide for older people living in Northern Ireland to see what events, groups and clubs are available in their area to help them find local activities, meet new people, reduce social isolation and enjoy a new lease of life.
