You can take all the preparations in the world and still emergencies within the house will occur.  The key to dealing with an emergency is to act quickly and to contact an expert.  

Whether its frozen/burst pipes or power failures it’s important to know who to contact.

Water

If you think there is a blockage or if your property has been flooded by a public sewer, please call NI Water on 03457 440088 24 hours a day.

You only need a single telephone number to report all other types of flooding – 0300 2000 100.

Electricity

If you experience failure of electricity supply you need to contact Northern Ireland Electricity Networks.
